Jaime Foucher (Intuitive Connections) and Brenda Tringali (The Indigo Doors) are coming together to co-create a guided meditation, sound bath and healing experience! While gentle vibrations from sound healing instruments lull you into a state of deep relaxation, Brenda and Jaime will lead you in guided meditation. During this session you may release what is needed to allow transformation to begin. Align with your highest self as you prepare for expansion and growth. Everyone will receive exactly what they need most in the moment during this divinely guided session. The dragons have been showing up frequently when Brenda and Jaime work together. If you haven't worked with dragon energy, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience their love and wisdom!
Brenda has dedicated her life to helping people reach their highest potential. She combines her energy healing practice with her knowledge of mental health to create what she calls Quantum Healing. With over 12 years experience as a clinical therapist and as a Reiki Master she incorporates her extensive experience in assisting others move through their psychological, emotional, mental health and physical conflicts. I’m very excited to collaborate with her for this special healing event!
We have a lovely space at The Indigo Doors offices in St Clair Shores. Participants will be surrounded by beautiful, channeled art by Wendy Fournier. The energy of the space is peaceful. The art pieces are healing portals. Events in this space are an incredible experience!
Please bring a yoga mat or meditation chair and cushions or pillows for your head. Bolsters and blankets are available for your use as well. We recommend you dress in comfortable layers.
Please plan to arrive a little early to get settled in. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to starting time.
The meditation will begin 5 minutes after event start time.
