Please join us for a one hour, small group sound healing at The Indigo Doors led by certified sound healer, Jaime Foucher.  During a sound bath, the frequencies and complex overtones of the vibrational instruments wash over and through you stimulating the body’s self-healing capacity. The vibrations help to shift blocked energy and call to your attention emotions that need attention to be ready to be released from the physical body. Sound vibration may reduce stress, align and balance the chakras, and harmonize the body, mind and spirit. 

Sound bath recipients often report a feeling of relaxation, uplifted mood, and a lasting sense of heightened wellbeing.  Jaime will guide you through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey. 

We have a lovely space at The Indigo Doors offices in St Clair Shores. Sound Baths will be held in the event space where participants will be surrounded by beautiful, channeled art by Wendy Fournier.

We will be lying on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat or meditation chair and cushions or pillows for your head.  Bolsters and blankets are available for your use as well. We recommend you dress in comfortable layers.

Sound baths are generally safe for everyone.  However, if you have medical concerns, medical devices (such as pacemaker or insulin pump), or metal implants, it is highly recommended that you speak with your Medical Provider prior to participating in sound healing sessions or sound baths for your own safety.

• Please plan to arrive a little early to get settled in.  Doors will open 15 minutes prior to starting time.

• Meditation will begin 5 minutes after event start time.  No late arrivals will be permitted once the meditation begins so as not to disturb those in attendance.
